It’s been a hell of a few years with all that’s been going on in the world and it’s easy for stress to take over and play havoc with your eating! If you are feeling lost, can’t face another bloody diet and just want to get your eating back on track, without it taking over your life, then this masterclass is for you.

I battled with food for the first 20+ years of my life. I dieted, starved myself, binged, purged, threw food away, binged some more and destroyed myself in the process. It nearly ended my life. 

I know what is it like for food to control you and to be disappointed with yourself every damn day that you can’t seem to fix it; despite ‘knowing’ what you need to do.

Through a lot of study, therapy and self-development work I have managed to get myself out of that pit of despair and create a healthier relationship with food and myself. I don’t worry about food controlling my life anymore. I can now have chocolate in the pantry without it calling my name, drink alcohol without feeling the need to binge, and I very rarely emotionally eat or drink any more. 

I would love to help you do the same. I will teach you what I have learnt and give you the tools you need to refocus and get back on track.
