I currently deliver orders throughout New Zealand from my online shop.

Free delivery within NZ for orders over $100 - use the code FREESHIPNZ at the checkout.
Please use a physical address, we are unable to deliver to a PO Box.
Please allow approximately 1 working week for delivery.
You will be sent a tracking number when your order is on its way so you can monitor delivery progress and contact the courier if you need to follow up.
OVERSEAS ORDERS AND SHIPPING
Please contact us for a quote to post an order to Australia – we can organise this. I would love to be able to post items further afield from my online shop overseas, but the options available to us are prohibitively expensive at the moment, and I feel it is unreasonable to ask you to pay those costs, so unfortunately at the moment we are only able to post within NZ and to Australia.
RETURNS
I have personally selected and recommend the products available in my online shop.
We are unable to offer returns or exchanges due to a ‘change of mind’ so please choose carefully.
If you have any questions before purchasing please get in touch.
We take special care to package your order safely, however, if in the rare event that your goods are damaged during transit please email us with the details including photos of the damage and the packaging as the courier will need these for insurance purposes. The courier will also require your phone number to make contact and arrange for the damaged goods to be collected. We will send you a replacement of your damaged item.

You can unsubscribe from this at any time, by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our newsletter emails.
