Here’s the thing: knowledge alone doesn’t create change. Real wellbeing comes from creating habits, routines and environments that support your health in a way that actually works in everyday life.
My approach focuses on the bigger picture of wellbeing - helping people feel better physically and mentally through nourishment, movement, sleep, stress management, mindset, breathing, connection and sustainable habits that don’t rely on perfection or constant willpower.
My work combines over 25 years of professional experience with personal insight and ongoing learning in the wellbeing space, including:
BSc (Hons) in Nutrition & Dietetics
Diploma in Positive Psychology & Wellbeing
Fitness qualifications
Currently training in breathwork and nervous system regulation
A strong interest in sleep science and behaviour change
Personal experience navigating burnout, depression, anxiety, neurodiversity within family life, perimenopause, and the realities of trying to prioritise wellbeing in a busy modern world.
I believe wellbeing should feel realistic, practical and supportive - not overwhelming.
