Hummus
Hummus
Ingredients:
1 can of chickpeas - rinsed and drained
2 tbsp of tahini (or peanut butter)
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
Juice of 1 lemon
1-2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
How to make:
Blend the chickpeas, tahini (or peanut butter), garlic and lemon juice together in a food processor - I use my Kenwood Food Processor. Add a splash of water to get to the consistency you like.
Add more lemon juice if you prefer and add seasoning according to your preference.
