Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled oats 

  • 250g cottage cheese 

  • 2 eggs (or egg substitute if preferred) 

  • ½ cup seeds of your choice (sunflower seeds work great!) 

  • 2 tablespoons psyllium husk 

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds 

  • 2 tsps baking powder 

How to make:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). 

  2. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together until well combined. 

  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a baking tray or in a loaf tin. 

  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. 

  5. Allow the loaf to cool completely before slicing.
