5 tips to make life more simple and joyful!
5 tips to make life more simple and joyful!
You’ve heard it before - planning is key to being organised and making life easier to manage. It’s true!
My ‘It’s a Beautiful Day’ planner was designed with exactly this in mind. Here’s how you can utilise the planner to make your life more simple and bring you more joy!
1. Take pressure of yourself with a plan and routine that works for you
To help you get organised for the week ahead you’ll find a place in your planner at the start of each week to plan meals, exercise, what’s on, thoughts and ideas. Following this is a planning page for each day which includes space for your daily to do list, reminders and notes. Use the daily and weekly planning pages to help you create a healthy routine, reflect on what’s working and what’s not at the end of the week, adjust and keep moving forward in a positive direction!
2. Adopt an attitude of gratitude
By consciously choosing to look for things we are grateful for in our lives each day and re-programming our thinking to be more positive, we can change the way we experience the world. Throughout the planner there is a section each day encouraging you to jot down what you are grateful for. It takes minimal time but can have massive returns on the way you feel and your ability to approach life from a more positive and balanced place, which will likely have a wonderful ripple effect on the people around you too!
3. Put pen to paper and get things done
Did you know that if you write things down with pen and paper, rather than using an app or just thinking about it, you are 42% more likely to achieve it! At the start of the planner, you are guided through a personal review process to help discover where you would like to focus your time and energy. Set the course and plan your goals in-line with what is important to you, so you can work towards achieving a life that feels fulfilling!
4. Tackle one thing at a time
The planner helps structure your week with one achievable challenge to focus on that will support you to create a healthy, balanced life. As well as the challenges, you will find inspirational quotes to motivate you and help you to remember what is really important. Small steps often equal the best results!
5. Be realistic and kind to yourself in this busy world
Don’t plan for perfection, there really is no such thing. Aim to feel good as often as possible and ride the ups and downs of life as best you can. The tools in your planner will help you re-focus and get back on track when you need to.
As well as the features mentioned above, in the ‘It’s a Beautiful Day’ planner you’ll find ideas on how to manage your thoughts, create healthy habits, delicious nourishing recipes, mood boosters, mindful colouring pictures to help you unwind or spark creative ideas, plus so much more. The planner is un-dated so you can start any time and totally make it your own….
Happy planning and joy creating!
