Tropical berry smoothie bowl

A super tasty breakfast or snack!

Ingredients: (serves 1)

  • 1 cup of Orchard Gold’s ‘devour your reds’ smoothie collection frozen fruit (blueberries, strawberries and pineapple) or 1 cup of mixed frozen berries or frozen fruit of your choice.

  • ½ cup milk of your choice

  • 4 tbsp natural yoghurt

  • Fruit/nuts/seeds/granola for topping

How to make:

  1. Place all ingredients together in using the Kenwood Triblade stick (for a single serve) or a Kenwood Food Processor if you are making a larger batch.

  2. Blend together, add toppings and serve. 

    Top tip:  If you are using the Triblade stick, allow the frozen fruit to soften slightly before trying to blend and make sure the pieces of fruit are no more than 2cm cubes.
