So much of what we are exposed to right now is focused on the negative, the news isn’t exactly a mood booster is it? We have to consciously take steps to tip the balance.
So how can you improve your ratio to improve your wellbeing?
Tidy up your social media feed and unfollow anything that doesn’t make you feel good, and look for inspiring, motivating pages to follow!
Listen to feel good music in the day and have a dance….a sure way to feel good
Seek to spend more time and energy connecting with people who make you feel good
Prioritise activities that you enjoy
