Spicy carrot and chickpea dip

A delicious healthy dip, perfect for a snack or to serve up if you are entertaining!

Ingredients:

  • 2 carrots – peeled, chopped and steamed until soft

  • 1 tsp each of ground cumin, curry powder and ground coriander

  • 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed

  • 2 tbsp tahini

  • Zest and juice of ½ orange

How to make:

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor, I use my amazing Kenwood Excel Pro or Kenwood Tribade bowl.

  2. Add enough water to make into the consistency of your liking.  Season to taste.
