Super speedy beetroot dip

A quick and easy dip that is great enjoyed with crackers or chopped veggies.

Ingredients:

  • 450g can whole baby beets, drained

  • 1/3 cup unsweetened plain yoghurt

  • 2 tsp horseradish cream

  • 1 tbsp chopped chives

How to make:
Place the beetroots in a food processor (I use my Kenwood Triblade) and process until very finely minced. Add in the yoghurt and horseradish cream and whizz up again until all combined.​Stir through the chives and keep in the fridge until you need it - easy peasy! This recipe is from Healthy Food Guide.
