I designed this habit tracker as part of the toolkit for our findwellness programmes, so people can record up to 8 habits they want to develop, and tally the weekly totals to see progress. The habit tracker is magnetic so it can stick to your fridge or somewhere else magnetic, to act as a helpful, constant reminder for you!
